Im being charged $120 for internet after canceling.

Hey, I canceled my internet with you guys and I canceled. I was told my plan has free cancelations, no contract, no issues. Why am I being charged $120.47? I would like a refund of this amount please. Thank you.

user_oxbwwt, thanks for reaching out to Xfinity Support. We do bill 30 days in advance, so if you just canceled your account, it may not reflect the cancellation right away. If you would like, we can take a look and make sure things are being handled accurately.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
