I'm being Billed for 2 iphones that I returned
I received 2 brand new orange iphones in the mail from Xfinity. I don't know why, so I went online to the Xfinity app to figure out how to return them. So I received an email with a UPS return label, which I printed out and made an appointment with UPS to pick up the package. There was some sort of confusion when UPS got here so the guy didn't end up taking the package with the phones. Instead, we brought the box to the UPS store and turned it in there. The phones were then left at the UPS store. The phones were brand new, unopened, never touched. We are being charged for these phones, still, its been a few months and nobody will help us.

I read that this has happened to other people, too. I am trying to find out how to talk to somebody that can do something about this.
