I'm about to go to small claims court
I have been dealing with pain and suffering over a bill that I have paid for three times, I believe that xfinity or comcast has been stealing my money to pay off what I was suppose have owed in the past? The amount was $470 dollars and I've paid its been paid multiple times, Now their trying to charge me a 4th time? No i'm not paying it!! All the times I've paid the same bill has been paid through my bank!!! So i believe the best way to handle this now is to bring my bank statement to small claims then serve them with court papers!!! I just hate when someone keeps playing on your disability!! Its time for a lawyer after I've tried everything!!!!

To send that requested "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
• - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
See https://comca.st/3i4B6z4 for an example.
