illegal withdrawal

On 5/26/26, Comcast withdrew $61.13 from my checking account. On 5/15/2026, my usual amount of $70.94 was charged to my credit card. When I called Comcast on 5/26, they had no record of $61.13 and the customer service rep treated me like I was crazy. My bank has provided proof that this amount was taken out of my account. It should also be noted that I noticed a Florida address on my account on 5/1/26, the day I moved to another house in Massachusetts. I had previously informed Comcast I was moving (to Massachusetts--I have never been to Florida). After being on the phone for an hour, I finally asked for a manager and they finally understood me an updated my address correctly.
