If I pay majority of my bill will it turn my services back on?
My past due balance is $358 and I can pay $225 of it today, will i be able to get an extension for the remaining balance or can it be rolled over to the upcoming bill?

Hello, @user_tuw9s2 thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. You've contacted the right place for support and can answer the question regarding the past due balance. The only way to get service restored without the full past due being paid once service has been interruption, is if the account is eligible for a payment arrangement. You can check the eligibility status be following the steps outlined on this helpful document: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/set-up-payment-arrangement
We completely understand life events happen and want to work you, so you can still utilize service while paying off the past due balance. You can also check to see if the account is eligible for a past due balance installment plan. To check if the account is eligible you would log into your account online, visit the Xfinity Assistant and check about the flexible payment option. If qualified, it will require a $50 one time payment, then the rest of balance is credited and broken down as monthly charge of 12 months ($358 - $50 = $308/12 months = $25.67 per month). It can take up to 2 days for the installment plan to show up on the account, and you wouldn't want to make a payment before checking eligibility as the payment is one of the steps during the process: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/installment-plan-balance-due
Please let me know if you have any other questions, or anything else I can assist with.
