I was not seeking assistance from a volunteer expert.  I was seeking assistance from the firm that receives compensation from me each month and that I have a contractual relationship with.   I wish to discuss a 38% increase in my monthly bill in the security of an exchange of private messages.

I didn't ask you to discuss it, only to tell us what the issue is, which helps us direct your issue.  It is the most efficient way for us to help you.

 

If your bill went up that much it probably means that your promotion is over and you're now getting every day pricing.  Are you looking to discuss a new contract?

It would seem obvious that I am wishing to have a discussion with a Xfinity representive to understand why the bill went up and what we together might choose to do to bring it back down or to cancel the agreement and move on to another supplier.  Perhaps that has to be spelled out for someone to reply to my request.
