I would leave 0 stars

I would leave 0 stars if possible. I signed up for a gig a year ago, had to go in store because it wouldn’t recognize my address online. Was told to get plan with TV and phone because they had a deal. I did not use the plan only the gig. Now!!! A year later they upcharged my internet plan $50! And the phone line that came with my plan for free is now $40 a month. I don’t even use the tv or phone plan. They refuse to remove the charge for the past two months. I am super upset and will be leaving negative reviews on all platforms. Stay clear

Hi there user_zywdtp, and thanks for reaching out here on the community forums! I'm not a fan of increases myself, so I'm sorry to hear that your bill rose on you. It sounds as though you had a one-year promotion in place that expired. For future reference, you can find the expiration date for any active promotions on your account on the third page of each monthly bill in green print. While we wouldn't be able to reverse the charges for the increase due to the promotion expiring, we'd be more than happy to see if there are any new promotions available to your account! Please send us a direct message with your full name, name on the account (if different), and service address, and we'll get started!

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
  3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
