I was told there would be no service fee for my technician due to consecutive calling about the same issue, but I was charged anyway
I was told that there would be no fee for my technician to come out due to the amount of calls I had made with previous phone support. So I agreed for a technician to come out. Turns out I was charged anyway.
Upon trying to resolve the issue today in a phone call, the rep hung on me while transferring me.
I am trying to resolve a refund and would like assistance
