I was told that the Early Termination Fee was waived. Now I'm being billed for it.
No one at your store made me aware that your service had a contract term, or that there was an early termination fee. I called the number given to me at the store when I returned my equipment and the agent agreed to waive the fee. Now I see you billed me for it. What gives?

You can also sign into www.Xfinity.com anytime and view your agreement. The following article will help us confirm how to view your agreements. On your call did we offer to apply a credit to resolve the issue?
