I was told by a representative I would get credit for a month of service due to constant service interruptions, received $50.
I had roughly a month of continuous service interruptions every 5-15 min. Four times I had to have a technician come out to try to fix it. It was finally fixed on the fourth time and I was charged a one time service fee that time. The fourth representative that I talked to on the phone told me that she would credit my account for the month we were having terrible service. I'm having a real hard time looking through the adjustments that have been made and determining how much I've actually been credited. Foolishly and hastily I already sent a direct message to support on here, my apologies.
Is there an easy way to break down the adjustments? Maybe somewhere I can look where they have better descriptions for what they're for? I just want to make sure the credits that were promised to me have actually been given because at this time I do not feel like I've been accurately credited.
