I was shopping around for better upload speeds when i found this! Then caught a bait and switch glitch. Help!
I used the online plan builder to select the promotional $30/month 1000/100 Mbps plan. However, due to an assumed checkout glitch, the system overrode my selection AFTER the final confirmation and placed me on a data limited 1.2 Gbps / 40 Mbps plan instead. I have the screenshot of the $30/month offer from my dashboard. I am looking for a friendly neighborhood agent to manually correct this system error and apply the $30/month 1000/100 plan to my account

A handy tip if you want to try again with the plan builder is to delete your browsing data, then revisit the site. Log in before you add anything to your cart. Sometimes that will allow the package you see the process if there is a technical error.
Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
