I was promised a credit for a month long outage and never received it
I lost Internet from January 12th to February 7th. I was promised a credit by customer service, I never received it. An Xfinity executive put out a statement saying there would be proactive credits for people with ongoing outages.
I was in the last 0.5% of people to have service restored. I received no proactive credit. I didn't even get the credit I was promised by customer service. You lied and I want my credit
