I was promised $20 discount on my internet plan if I added a mobile service

I was offered a deal where if I added a mobile service, I would get a $20 discount on my internet bill.  I activate mobile service in Oct. of 2023 and have waited 30 days for the discount to appear on my account but nothing at all.  
I have been lied to on numerous occasions and I’m just so fed up with this. How do I get this resolved?

Same here! The rep that signed me up denies. I will now record every conversation.

Hi, @user_6sivje. I see you've had a similar experience as well. Have you had a chance to reach our mobile team to cover your existing plan and promotion?
