I was granted a payment arrangement…but?

Last week i went online and worked with xfinity assistant; although i was granted an extension till May 27 with no service interruption (i have the screen shot) i went into my account this morning to find i was set up for service interruption today! What in the world is going on with this company? If the assistant isn’t accurate then it needs to be removed. Point blank, removed! I homeschool and also have to do a lot of my work from home, therefore i need my internet connection most importantly. I had to borrow money from a friend to make my account right or deal with disconnection issues today and risk losing my job…. THANKS SO MUCH Xfinity… you did it again

Good morning @user_2apdvy I apologize for the stress this has caused. I depend on the internet to do my job, and my kids depend on staying connected for their education, so I understand the importance of your connection. The maximum length a payment arrangement can be scheduled for is ten days in advance.

We'd be happy to take a closer look at your account.

Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
