I was charged twice

I was charged twice because my payment did not go through the first time and gave an error. When I resent the payment, it then took the money twice after giving and error the first time. How does this get fixed?

Thank you for reaching out @user_kemkdv I am sorry you were charged 2 times. Do you currently have a credit on the account?

@XfinityDena no, no credit. And even if I did, I need the money back for other bills.

If the money was owed we are unable to process a refund @user_kemkdv

The bill was paid twice. $800 was taken instead of $400. It was not owed, it was taken twice.
