I was Billed for Service after Confirmed Termination Date

Hello!  I went to my local Xfinity store and returned my equipment on May 2nd (I have the receipt). I requested that service be terminated on May 4th.  I received an email confirmation that my service would be terminated on May 4th (Last day of service: 2025-05-04T00:00:00.0000000Z).   When I got my final bill, I was billed for service until May 6th.  How can I get this fixed and receive a refund for the 2 extra days of service? Thanks!
