user_8k1ozj, Oh no! Thanks for reaching out. I can certainly understand the concern with auto pay being turned on without your consent. I would have the same demand if I were in you shoes. You've come to the right place. Over social media, we are a dedicated team of experts who specialize in resolving billing concerns such as this. For enabling or disabling, we recommend in using our digital options as the easiest options like in this link here. If you need further assistance with turning this off for you, please feel free to send us a direct message with your first/last name and full address. Here are also the steps below. Please let us know if this helps.

1.        Sign in to your account using your Xfinity ID and password.

2.        Click your Account icon from the top-right corner.

3.        Select Billing from the menu.

4.        Select Bill details.

5.        Scroll down to Bill Settings and then select the Autopay box

6.        Select the payment method you want to use for automatic payments. You can choose a saved payment method from the list or add a new payment method.

7.        Check the box next to I agree to the Automatic Payments Terms & Conditions.

8.        Fill out the form with your bank or card information if you want to add a new method of payment.

Note: If using a card, you’re asked for the three-digit Security Code that appears on the back of your card. (The Security Code on American Express-branded cards is four digits and appears on the front of the card.)

9.        Click Set Up.

10.        You'll see a confirmation message at the top of the page. You also receive an email enrollment confirmation.
