I don’t appreciate an email from Xfinity that threatens my service by stating falsely “Your payment failed….update your method” 5 days prior to due date.
It is deceptive. It is actually an attempt by Xfinity for customers to make a payment early. I’m on autopay and am always current PER XFINITY.
DUE DATE FOR PAYMENT IS August 17. Xfinity says PAYMENT FAILED ON AUGUST 12! NONSENSE. WHO IN MANAGEMENT CAME UP WITH. TERRIBLE IDEA.
Nonsense and downright deceptive!
