I want to know the payment that auto debit on 8-April-2025 $60

I am at a loss to understand where have my auto payment of $60 on 8-Apr-2025. There were a lot of goof up happened at your end to my connection request.

1. You had a technical glitch when your sales representative was trying to transfer my old account ending with [Edited: "Personal Information"] upon my move in request.

2. Then, he opened a new account ending [Edited: "Personal Information"]

3. Subsequently I understand another account got opened ending with [Edited: "Personal Information"]

4. I am not sure which account is active now and all other accounts got closed

5. So, I have made the following payments: -

28/03/2025 Xfinity              13.16
8/4/2025 Xfinity              60.00
27/04/2025 Xfinity

             52.00

I am not seeing my payment $60 made on 8-Apr-2025.
