Hello @user_oegh40, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. I understand how important it is to keep your payment method up to date and ensure your billing preferences are set up the way you want. The good news is that this is a self-service option that can be completed through the Xfinity app or online at the Xfinity website.
In the Xfinity App:
Tap Manage Billing.
Under Total Balance, select Bill Settings.
Tap the Autopay box (it will show On if Auto Pay is currently enabled).
Select Manage Autopay.
From there, you can Turn Off Auto Pay or Update Payment Method.
Online at Xfinity.com:
Sign in to your account.
Click Billing & Payments.
Select Manage Auto Pay.
Follow the prompts to update your payment method or make changes to your Auto Pay settings.
Just as a reminder, if you'd like to continue receiving the Auto Pay and Paperless Billing discount, your Auto Pay payment method must be a checking account to remain eligible for the discount.
If you run into any issues while updating your information, please let us know, and we'll be happy to help
