I want my money back!!

To say im frustrated, is putting it very mildly.  I have contacted multiple people, i have even had someone tell me that the escalations team has emailed and called me three times and I have no record of that. I haven't been with xfinity in over a year. And I'm still getting charged for this iPad that was given to me from y'all, for all of the inconveniences and charges. I was in contact with y'all so many times that finally, y'all said as a courtesy, you would give me this iPad, and I would not be charged. I asked multiple times and was reassured multiple times that I would not be getting charged. And here we are, and I'm still getting charged. Everything was in the chat, so I know y'all can pull the conversation up. I want my nearly $500 back or I'll escalate this myself and leave bad reviews all over all of the platforms and contact corporate myself.
