I want my money back [Edited]
I went to sign into my second device and it’s telling me that I can’t find my account when I’m signed in on my phone. I need help with trouble troubleshooting and the problem that I got is that you guys keep taking our money but you’re not providing us with customer service so we have a problem before there’s a class action lawsuit. You guys need to fix the situation now I want my [Edited: "Language"] money back. I want my money back. You guys are ripping us off and you keep telling us to talk to the chat there’s something wrong with the chat explain to us what we need to say to talk about the Wi-Fi now it does not give us that option so stop telling us that lie stop cheating us to stop stealing our money give us our money back before you have a class action lawsuit. I need a name of a supervisor manager something as far as who we can get in touch with because you guys are still in our money I want my money back.
