I want my money back [Edited]

I went to sign into my second device and it’s telling me that I can’t find my account when I’m signed in on my phone. I need help with trouble troubleshooting and the problem that I got is that you guys keep taking our money but you’re not providing us with customer service so we have a problem before there’s a class action lawsuit. You guys need to fix the situation now I want my [Edited: "Language"] money back. I want my money back. You guys are ripping us off and you keep telling us to talk to the chat there’s something wrong with the chat explain to us what we need to say to talk about the Wi-Fi now it does not give us that option so stop telling us that lie stop cheating us to stop stealing our money give us our money back before you have a class action lawsuit. I need a name of a supervisor manager something as far as who we can get in touch with because you guys are still in our money I want my money back.

I signed up for my Wi-Fi as I have done in the last few months and I went to sign in on my second device and it’s telling me it can’t find it and I don’t know why I put my telephone number in and I put my email address in and it’s telling me I can’t find it and I even went back to my email address to make sure it’s the right one and it is but that’s what it’s telling me. I put the telephone number in my email and it’s telling me when I went to sign in. it told me I did it too many times that I have to stop and then when I waited a while, went back to do it again it’s telling me the same thing they can’t find and I don’t know why because I’m signed in on my phone so I don’t know I know one time one month somebody stole my Wi-Fi or my second device and for some reason I wasn’t able by Tall, but I’m not sure but that’s the problem. I want my money back $10 with two devices and I only got one.
