I returned my equipment and still being charged and I was on a leave and was still charged monthly
I returned my equipment and am still being charged and I was on a leave and was still charged monthly. I tried to use the chat bot and that did not work. I tried to speak to a customer service representative and that got me no where as they did not show I went on a seasonal leave nor showed I returned by equipment.
