I received incorrect bills every month.
I keep receiving payment request letters for accounts I no longer even use.
When I contacted customer service online, I was told to ignore them — but frankly, I’m fed up with getting these bills in the mail every month for inactive accounts.
What’s most frustrating is that I already paid everything in full and unlinked the accounts, yet the notices (biiling) keep coming to current home address.
Is there any way to stop receiving these bills?
If not, I honestly don’t know how else to resolve this issue.
