I owe Comcast money but the debt has gone out to TrueAccord - can I still settle up with Comcast/Xfinity?

Hello, @user_8gy47n Customers with a charged-off account may make a partial or full payment directly to Xfinity or the assigned collection agency as long as that department has access to take payments. If the payment if made with Xfinity it will take approximately five business days for the information to be updated with the collection agency.
