I notice I have a unreturned equipment fee being charged every month and keeps going up.

I returned equipment in Jan 2020.  The Feb bill was correct with no fee, then I started getting a $2.50 fee in March 2020 and a fee has been charged since.    How do I get this fee off my bill and credit for my charges?

To send a "Direct Message" message:

  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
