I never switch from ACP to Internet Essentials and I'm wondering if it's too late.
So, I never realized the ACP ended, life happens and my bill was set to autopay so I never noticed the increase. Fast forward to today and I'm getting all my expenses together for tax purposes and I noticed the price increase on my plan. I guess my question is whether I'm still able to just migrate my plan over to Internet Essentials?

Great question @user_trangTV To switch from a regular Xfinity internet account to Internet Essentials, you'll need to apply directly through the Internet Essentials program and meet their eligibility requirements. At this time you would need to contact our Internet Essentials team though the link: https://www.internetessentials.com/ to speak to them or by calling 1-855-846-8376.
