I need to update my payment method

I had to get a new debit card after my previous one was hacked so I need to update my payment information. The text reminders I get from xfinity about paying my bill include a dead link and I have no means of updating my payment method on my own because I’m somehow not the “primary account holder” even though I’m the only person on the account.

I'd be happy to help you get your payment method updated. You mentioned the link isn't working. Have you tried to manually login to your Xfinity Account or Xfinity App?
