I need to speak to a LIVE agent!!!!

Xfinity just suspended my service after taking my payment! I had a payment agreement and satisfied that agreement. The money was withdrawn from my account and I have an acknowledgment email. I was in the middle of a work meeting and my service just cut out! I need a LIVE agent. The AI assistant will not let me speak to an agent without another payment. The 1-800 number just loops me back to the assistant. This is incredibly frustrating.
