I need to speak to a customer service person about my increased bill

Bill has been raised immensely and chat customer service souldnt help and said they would have someone call.  I would like to speak to someone immediately

Hello, @user_gd1j4v thank you for taking time to reach out over Xfinity Forums today. You've contacted the right place for assistance, I can help with a promotion review. I reach out to my providers whenever I see an increase on my bills as well, so understand wanthing to explore lower billing options. 

If you ever don't have time to reach out to us here, and you're not looking to remove service. You can log into your account either online or through the Xfinity App, go to plan builder:

https://www.xfinity.com/planbuilder , enter your address, and it should pull up available promotions. 


Since I will need to gather some information that we don't want in our public conversation, when you have time please send a direct message. 

To send a direct message: 

 

Click "Sign In" if necessary

 

• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble  

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it

To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name, the account holder name (if different), and the service address
