I need to report xfinity for fraud on my account.

In 2023 I requested service for xfinity mobile I never received the activation code so I called and canceled .Xfinity still choose to charge me 91.13 for something I never used or activated I have been asking for 3 years for someone to help take this off my  account because I still use the WiFi service I can see it on my bill. No agent can see it in the end until I speak with a supervisor telling me not to worry about it. I never used this service a now it’s a debt collector calling me about 91.13 for something I never activated and have been asking yall to take off my account for the last 3years.
