I need to cancel my service but its impossible.

I had a callback appointment to cancel my service but CS missed it and i was billed 2 days later... I've lodged my official complaint with both the FTC and FCC. i've been trying to cancel since JUNE!

@user_dakvg1 Thanks for adding a post to the community. We can stop services here on the forum, customers just need to add a post requesting to do so, and an agent will assist. Once a report has been filed to the FCC, that case takes over, and will provide the resolution directly. We can set a reminder to follow up in the future and make sure all your questions are answered. 

Send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the message icon located at the top right of this forums page.
 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
 

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
