I need help

I made a installment plan plus I paid 50 dollars to restore service. The service restored for 1 day and now its disconnected again and telling me to pay another 50 dollars

Typically, with our installment plans it can take up to 72 hours to fully apply onto the account. Has it been past that time frame? Please let us know.

Well it was connected the day I paid, which was Saturday, now its disconnected again
