I need an extension

I lost my job two months ago. I’m starting a new job next week but I won’t get pay on the 5th of the next month. My bill is due on the 28th of this month. I just need a few days to bd able to pay it. I have tried everything big none seems to be able to help. I’m willing to make a repayment plan or anything to be able to extend my due date. I have been a loyal customer and all I’m asking to s for me to be able to make a payment of the 5th of next month. Thank you.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
