I keep getting late notices that this deadbeat airbnb owner has not paid his bills

THIS IS NOT MY ACCOUNT.

It was merged with an account I disconnected in Denver years ago when I gave the fwd address to the BNB they out my info on his commercial airbnb account.

the deadbeat owner and his daughter of the airbnb I stayed at were connected to my email and information years ago. I have gone in to the office in two different states and spent time in person and by email to try to get my information off their commercial bnb account. What the heck does it take.  This is why people will deal with Anyone BUT infinity. Are there any real customer service oriented people there that will take the time, I have spent hours, to correct the error and resolve this? the first time I gave all the copies of the information including a refund I was due of 24 something. It was applied to HIS account and they kept my info As the account holder.  It has caused me nothing but problems when i have tried to sign up for service. Each time i explain what happened. And ask for it to be corrected. It never is. It would also be proper to have my refund returned to me, finally. Please.

I would be happy to help you get this resolved. I know how important it is to make sure your information is not on an account that is no longer yours. Have you attempted to unlink that old account? I have provided an article with step-by-step instructions to unlink an account. Link, unlink and switch between accounts

Hello xfinity Abby. Thank you for your reply.  However, I think perhaps you miss the point of customer service. I described to you, briefly, time and inconvenience, both on the phone and in person in two different states' locations. I am not being paid or compensated for my time nor has the money I was to be refunded been returned to me.

I'm assuming you are not a volunteer? If you truly are happy to help resolve this. Then do it. Look at the account. Read thru the notes that I was assured were notated and fix it! Suggesting to me that I invest even more time and energy into solving xfinitys customer service issues 😑 no thank you. I have plenty of good books to read and am now in my 70's. Not on me to fix your records. Right?
