I keep getting billed for equipment that I didn't ask for and was never even sent

Every month I have to get on an hour+ long call to dispute this charge on my bill.

This is worse than highway robbery.

Every call ends the same with my bill getting reduced and with promises that the next bills will be fixed, but time and time again they are charging me for "unreturned equipment"

I do not have the equipment, because it was never even sent to me in the first place. I NEVER EVEN ASKED FOR THE EQUIPMENT.

My bill when I first started using xfinity was around $80 dollars, now with these added fees its over 160. This is just ridiculous.

I only ever use the service for internet connection. I don't have a TV I have a different phone plan. It should not be this much hassle to just pay for what I am using.
