I just want to cancel my services!!!

I have already spoken to someone in direct messages. More than a week ago I said I wanted my Internet service to be cancelled by June 8th. As of today, there is no indication that my Internet services are cancelled and I am still being billed for June 8-July 7th. The customer service person is also trying to tell me the current bill is for the services I already used in May, but my bill very clearly states the current charge is for the period of June 8th-July 7th.

Someone please cancel my account and remove this charge! I did not want to pay for or use your services beyond June 8th and was told my account would be cancelled.
