I just wanna know why my bill is higher than it's supposed to be

I'll make this short, since my other post no one bothered to help with after one cursory reply. I have a 50/month plan. Whoohoo. Why is it 76$ on my upcoming bill?? No matter what I do I haven't been able to get an actual service person on the phone, just a robot that CONSTANTLY tries to upsell me on services when I'm being overcharged for my current one!

Before I had autopay on and the transfer failed so I got charged an extra 50 bucks (literally NEVER heard of an autopay system doing that, but comcast sure does love to swindle people so whatever. I paid it, I'm moving on). Fine, whatever, that's in the past. I PAID that fee, so why is it now 26$ more than what I signed up for? I'm this close to swapping to a pure Data based internet experience so I can sign up with literally any other company. This is the second time in two months I've had to go down the xfinity support rabbit hole, and I'm just at my wit's end because with a major nationwide company it should NOT BE THIS HARD TO GET REASONABLE SUPPORT
