I I want to be able to get my full bank account information from Xfinity that I use for my autopay

I am the original count holder of my account for Xfinity. What I want to do is that I want to get my full account number and routing number of my bank that I have them set on autopay for and the reasoning that I don't know it by heart is because my uncle had that account and I just wanted to know what number that was so that I can be able to figure out how many accounts my uncle had and use this account for

@user_s7kivz thanks for posting on our Xfinity Community page. For security purposes we do not keep a record of your full account number, those details are not visible to employees. You can also manage the payment information on the Xfinity app or at Xfinity.com. For more information on how to manage your automatic payment method reference our article: Set up or turn off automatic payments on your Xfinity account. Let me know if there is anything else we can help with.

Yes I needed ed and I still do need the my full account number on Xfinity letterhead because I'm being audited and they are very specific on what they want and they want to see. My bank account is autopayed to you guys so who do I talk to that will be able to get that information and send it to me my address so I can give it to these IRS people during this audit

@user_s7kivz I apologize, for security purposes that information is not made available, and we do not have access to bank account numbers. My best suggestion is to provide them either your Xfinity billing statements, and/or bank statements.
