I have to Contact Xfinity every month to get my bill changed!

Hi, my bill is routinely wrong every single month. I have to contact the Xfinity assistant and then talk to an agent to get my bill changed. I ask them to change my monthly bill, and they say that they make the changes, but then the next month comes and my bill is back to $85, which is incorrect. I am supposed to be paying $60 every month. I have the screenshots with the chat I had with the agent who said she would change it, and it wasn't changed again! This is the last time I'm doing this. If my bill isn't permanent corrected to $60, I will be discontinuing service with Xfinity

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
