I have not received my refund yet

I was supposed to receive a refund of $43.03 for an account I closed over a month ago.  I received a letter stating that I would receive it within 30 days after I returned my equipment, which I did on April 7, 2026.  I want to know when I am going to receive it.  You keep sending me offers wanting me to come back but if this is how you handle refunds, I will Never come back to you and I will tell all my friends and family not to ever go with your company.

You should have received your refund within 30 days of cancellation.

 

What could delay the refund is generally unreturned equipment.

 

Have you made sure you return all Xfinity equipment for the refund process?
