I have never used equipment and told that if i never activated the internet i would not be charged

I am getting threatened that my credit will be affected if i don’t pay my bill but was told that the equipment was “mine to keep” even if i don’t use it and i never have. I tried. to call to dispute charges but the customer service is awful!!!

What equipment were you told was yours to keep?  If you were given equipment by Comcast/Xfinity you were charged rental fees, even if you didn't use it.  You should have returned the equipment if you weren't going to use it.
