I have been repeatedly guaranteed by Comcast that they will refund me $134.00 that they overbilled me
My issues with Comcast have been for almost two months and talking to 20-30 comcast agents. The issue I am having now is they overcharged me $134.00. Comcast could not find my old account number [EDIT: Personal Information] because I did not have the last 4 digits of the credit/debit card I used when setting up my account. Therefore, they gave me a new account number [EDIT: Personal Information] . I am getting billed on both account numbers and have been overbilled $134.00. The last agent on April 10, 2025, Paul (PTR) from massachusetts [EDIT: Personal Information] promised me I would get reimbursed on my debit care ending in [EDIT: Personal Information] (which would show up on my checking account) by the Friday, April 11, 2025. It is now April 15, 2025 and I have not been reimbursed yet. HE WAS NOT THE FIRST PERSON I TALKED TO THAT ASSURED ME I WOULD BE REIMBURSED, HE WAS JUST THE LAST AGENT. I DO NOT WANT THEM TO TAKE IT OFF MY BILLING STATEMENT FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL MONTHS....I WANT IT TAKEN OFF MY DEBIT CARD IMMEDIATELY. I DO NOT TRUST THEY WILL FOLLOW THROUGH. IF I HAVE TO CONTACT THE CEO, [EDIT: names] to get this resolved I will.
