I have been charged for full service while on seasonal hold
I put my service on seasonal hold from January 3 to April 25. While on hold, I was continually charged full service instead of the $38 or so a month, but yet paid the full invoice to stay in good standing. This amounted to nearly $800. I tried multiple times through chats and actual discussions to get the matter resolved and was told it would be rectified with the next billing. It never was. I would like this be be resolved and a credit applied to my account for those four months. This amount should be in the neighborhood of $650. I have a copy of the e-mail from Comcast showing the dates for the seasonal hold. Please check your records. How and where do I send a digital copy of this information. Should I go to the FCC?
