I have been asking for cancellation of Peacock services for a year now
It's been a year of me reaching out to Xfinity agents, over the phone, via message chat, and in store, asking to remove Peacock streaming. I was assured every time that it will be removed and the charges will stop, however, a year later I am still paying for the service I don't want and don't use. I have returned all TV boxes to Xfinity, and Peacock account page says that my subscription is managed by Xfinity and needs to be cancelled by Xfinity. I demand this cancellation and a refund for the charges that you keep charging me despite my multiple requests to cancel.

Hello This definitely isn't the experience that we want for you as our valued customer! It does sound like you've done a lot to try and get Peacock removed, even via the Peacock website. We're happy to assist in any way possible.
