I have an open cart that I need to cancel and I don't know how to do it. I've talked to 2 agents and they tried but it's still there.

How do I remove the shopping cart without canceling any of the services I ordered on a previous cart. I mistakenly pushed the wrong button and loaded the same items I bought again. It's preventing me from activating Peacock. Can I please chat with someone who knows how to fix this. Even Amazon has a way of deleting a cart if you make a mistake.
