I have a very serious problem with the amount you state that I owe in total and also,...

You say I owe over $400 and I have no earhthly way to pay that  kind of money.  Also, I cannot even try to do anything about it but pay the entire bill online.  What am I supposed to do?  I think I must cancel all of Xfinity and go elsewhere.

This usually happens when a past due is on the account and the services have been disconnected. I can double-check your bill and answer any questions you might have. Can you please private message me your full name? Thank you for posting to our forums.
