I have a pending order on my account. Can someone help me figure out the status of my order?
A few days ago, I attempted to sign up online for a new customer promo for the 1 gig plan at $60/month for 1-year, and my order surprisingly went through. I chose delayed shipping, wanting to receive my equipment on or around May 25. Today's now the 21st, but I've received no further update as of yet, such as a tracking number or anything. Can someone help me figure out what's going on with my order?
And now, I see there's a new promo for the 1 gig internet, where I can get it for $50/month with a 5-year guarantee. That offer is visible to me in my existing customer deals online. So, if possible, I may want to cancel my pending order so I can go with this deal instead, since the 5-year guarantee would be a great deal for me.
