I have a credit balance that I would like transferred to my bank account.

Hello, I would like the 23.30 credit balance transferred to my bank account or to my apple pay. It seems I overpaid for Xfinity services upon moving out. How would I go about this?

Hi @user_ab66c0! That's a great question. If you owed a refund as a result of an overpayment or credit balance on a disconnected account, the refund will be applied to the last payment card on file, if eligible. When you last paid, did you use the card associated with your bank account?

Yes, I did. However, I removed that card from file shortly thereafter, so now there is no card on the account.

Got it. If the refund to the last card on file fails or if the card is no longer on file, a paper check will be sent in the account owner’s name to the bill-to address that was provided was the service was disconnected. The mailed refund checks can then take up to six weeks to arrive from when they were generated.
