I had a payment arrangement but my service got disconnected

Hello! I have a valid payment arrangement and have proof of it, and my service was still suspended. I need it turned back on as the payment arrangement said it wouldn’t get turned off. I am in college and my nephew in kindergarten. We need the internet and I have a valid payment arrangement.
